These terms apply when an organisation installs or uses Cairnsetter in Microsoft Teams or Slack, provided by Cairnsetter [company name, registered number and address] ("we"). By installing Cairnsetter you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for your organisation.
The service
Cairnsetter turns managers' notes into suggested habits using AI. Suggestions can be imperfect; managers stay responsible for how they coach their teams. Don't enter information you're not allowed to share with us and the providers listed in our privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
- Tell your people how Cairnsetter is used, as your own policies and local law require.
- Keep sign-in to your Microsoft 365 or Slack workspace secure, and remove people's roles when they leave.
- Don't misuse the service or try to access other organisations' data.
Fees

Availability and changes
We aim to keep Cairnsetter available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms and will tell organisation admins about material changes.
Ending
You can uninstall at any time and request deletion of your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend access for misuse.
